He currently serves as CEO of 13-15 Properties, Ltd., owner of office buildings and apartments; Ronaco Systems, Inc., a Delaware holding company that owns eight operating companies in Yugoslavia and Romania, Global Security Management, Inc. which operates an investment advisory company in Spain. He has offices in Belgrade, Yugoslavia and Alicante, Spain as well as Dover. He has been cited by Delaware newspapers as an outstanding authority on state and federal financing.
Karin Ralston Slacum is Executive Vice President and General Manager of the incorporating company. She began working with the company while a student at Wesley College in Dover, Delaware over twenty years ago.
