REQUIREMENTS FOR DELAWARE CORPORATIONS

In order to form  your corporation we need to know the name of the corporation that you have chosen and clear it with the state to be sure no one else has a corporation with the same name or too similar a name. Your name must end with Inc, Corp, Company or Ltd. We then need to know the number of shares you want to authorize and the par value of each share.

To qualify for the minimum tax and fees to the state, we recommend no more than 1,500 shares of no par stock. This can be amended at any time to increase the share or the par value. We then need the name, address, telephone and/or fax number of the contact for the company for communication purposes. PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS.

We will form your corporation the day we receive all the necessary data and the fee payment. Payment may be made by VISA, MASTER CARD, check or money order in US dollars.yuda
